Dee
Tribe & Team Facilitator
Career change later in life led me to something I never expected — a job I genuinely love.
What I enjoy most about support work is helping people have a voice, feel heard and have greater choice in their lives. I’m passionate about empowering people to build new skills, grow in confidence and discover what they’re capable of.
For me, the goal is simple: to provide genuine, respectful support and hopefully be one of the best parts of someone’s day.
Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me, I’m a big animal lover, and I’d describe myself as a little bit crazy, very happy, and always ready to bring some positive energy. ✨
